Our Education & Skills (E&S) team empowers our people and customers through high‑quality technical training. We are now seeking a Training & Development Specialist to support the delivery, development and modernisation a wide range of our Rail Infrastructure products.

You’ll create impact by:

Designing, developing and delivering technical training for Siemens Rail Infrastructure and other areas within Siemens Mobility

Creating and updating course material, including e‑learning content, to ensure alignment with new technologies and customer needs.

Collaborating with internal teams and external customers to identify training requirements and deliver tailored learning solutions.

Supporting the senior trainers with the developed of responses to project bids
-
Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement across all aspects of training delivery and development.
Your success will be grounded by…
-
HNC in a STEM discipline, or equivalent industrial or engineering experience.

Knowledge of railway or engineering systems, networks and interfaces.

Experience in developing technical training materials, strategies and teaching / mentoring others.

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to work independently and in virtual teams.

(Desirable) Experience in Railway signalling systems, signalling control systems, cybersecurity, telecoms, networks, or distributed control networks.
