What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. We work to daily packing targets, so being able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards is really important.
Order Preparation & Gift Wrapping
- Writing personalised gift messages (neat, clear handwriting is essential)
- Carefully assembling and beautifully gift-wrapping orders
- Checking every detail to make sure each box feels perfect
- Maintaining high standards while working at speed to meet targets
Warehouse & Fulfilment
- Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
- Working towards daily packing targets as part of the team
- Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and organised
- Supporting the team across all areas of fulfilment
- Being on your feet for most of the day
Content Participation
- Occasionally taking part in light social media content (e.g. appearing in Instagram Stories)
- No experience needed - just a willingness to get involved!

Contract & Hours
- Working hours are between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am -1pm on Saturdays.
- Shifts are organised via a monthly rota provided in advance
- You’ll need to be available to work Saturdays as part of the rota
- Flexibility is important, particularly during busy seasonal periods to work longer shifts
