About the role
We are looking for an organised and reliable People & Compliance Administrator to manage recruitment and key staff administration across our care homes.
A large part of the role will be recruitment. You will help advertise vacancies, deal with applications, arrange interviews and support successful candidates through references, DBS, right-to-work checks and the rest of the onboarding process.
You will also be responsible for keeping staff records and compliance information up to date. This includes personnel files, training records, probation reviews, supervisions, appraisals and other workforce records.
You will work closely with the Home Managers to keep on top of vacancies, new starters, outstanding checks, staff training and support any ongoing investigations. You will also help arrange training and follow up staff where training or other information is overdue.
