Trevose is looking for two Chef de Parties to join our kitchen team. With both full-time and part-time opportunities available, this is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional, quality-focused kitchen, delivering breakfast and dinner service in one of Cornwall's most stunning coastal locations.
Pay
£14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Role Overview
- Prepare and cook dishes for breakfast and dinner service
- Run and manage your section during service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of kitchen operations
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards are upheld
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
About You
- Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Calm under pressure and a strong team player
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
