Logistics & Systems Administrator
Purpose of the Role
To support the efficient operation of the warehouse and logistics function while maintaining and developing business systems.
Key Responsibilities Logistics
- Book and track courier collections and shipments.
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve logistics issues.
- Support stock counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and customer service teams and our courier network.
- Analyse logistics costs and identify efficiency improvements.
- Manage third-party supplier and outsourcer relationships.
Systems Administration
- Provide first-line support for warehouse and operational systems.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and system access.
- Support Business Central and warehouse management processes.
- Investigate system issues and work with external providers to resolve them.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy across inventory, production, and customer records.
- Document processes and provide training to end users.
Skills & Experience
- Strong IT and systems aptituded
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (Business Central desirable).
- Experience with Couriers is essential
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to identify process improvements and drive change.
- Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.

- System uptime and issue resolution times.
- Data accuracy levels.
- Process improvement initiatives completed.
- Logistics cost control and efficiency gains.
