About the role
R&D is responsible for researching, developing and supporting the technology on the company’s technology roadmap. We work closely with Technical Support and Sales to maintain that roadmap, and to understand customer requirements and we work closely with Operations to hand technology over to production.
Duties will include;
· An understanding of the RF environment and Digital Signal Processing
· Experience in using appropriate tools, such as logic analysers, oscilloscopes and spectrum analysers
· Contribute your ideas on process and quality improvement and using knowledge you’ve developed to help identify appropriate technologies to use in new products.
About you
You will be able to;
· Demonstrate professional experience in embedded software development.
· Have a good understanding of Linux operating system concepts.
· Drive forward with energy, flexibility, enthusiasm, persistence and commitment.
· Prove your ability to understand complex technical problems and develop practical solutions.
· Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
· Have Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
