About the Role
We're THT, a kitchen and bathroom renovation specialist working across Southampton, Winchester and the surrounding areas.
The work is consistent and planned in advance. We usually run upwards of 7 projects a month, which means it can be quite fast paced but we would rather a happy customer than a rushed job!
This isn't housing association repairs work. There's no void turnover to get through, no reactive maintenance queue and no emergency call-out rota eating into your evenings or weekends. Every job on the board is a planned, private renovation and we strive to continue our reputation for great quality work on every single project.
It's also a tiling role, not a multi-trade job with some tiling squeezed in. If tiling is your trade, this is where you keep getting better at it, not where you get pulled onto plastering or door hanging halfway through the week.
Every project is a full renovation, so you'll be part of a team of trades working together to deliver a finished kitchen or bathroom that meets (and exceeds!) the customers expectation.
We are the sort of team where everyone takes pride in their work, turn up when we say we will, and look out for each other on site.
What You'll Be Doing
- Tiling walls and floors in kitchens and bathrooms
- Working with large format tiles, herringbone patterns, and wet rooms
- Making sure finishes are clean, straight, and something you're proud to leave behind
- Speaking with customers on site and keeping things professional
- Running your own areas of the job while coordinating with other trades when needed
Who You Are
- Around 5+ years of residential tiling experience
- Confidence with walls, floors, and more detailed layouts
- Someone who works efficiently but still cares about the finish
- Reliable and professional on site (turning up on time matters here)
- Comfortable dealing with customers day to day
- You have your own tools
- Based in or around Southampton, Winchester or Eastleigh

£35,000 to £40,000 per year (PAYE)
