Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles, including vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload goods, ensuring items are secure during transit and handling heavy lifting when necessary
- Plan delivery routes to optimise efficiency and meet scheduled deadlines
- Deliver goods accurately to clients’ premises, maintaining professionalism and excellent communication with customers
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and promptly
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain a clean and organised vehicle at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery times or any unforeseen delays
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial driving practices
- Valid driver’s licence, preferably with a UK driver License
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes
- Excellent communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and team members
- Good organisational skills to manage routes and schedules effectively
- Knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £100.00-£250.00 per day

- Crawley, West Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Multidrop Delivery driver: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- UK drivers license (preferred)
