Rhubarb is an independent business, with an excellent breakfast & lunch menu. It is located on Lark Lane, Liverpool's vibrant, bohemian hub near Sefton Park.
Rhubarb is looking to recruit a Chef, with established knowledge of the hospitality industry and a commitment to excellence. The position is 3-4 shifts a week and the successful applicant must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
Duties include
- Preparing high quality dishes
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supporting senior chefs by following instructions and completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Ensuring dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards
- Participating in stock management, including receiving deliveries and storing food items appropriately
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Demonstrating leadership qualities by mentoring new staff members as required

Monday - Sunday
9.00am - 4.00pm
Shift Hours:
Ranging between 8.00am - 5pm
3-4 shifts a week, but must be flexible to pick up extra shifts when holiday cover is required
Must be available to work weekends and bank holidays
