Night Time Manager - ALCOVE
We’re looking for a Night Time Manager to take ownership of ALCOVE's Saturday evening operation and make sure every night runs smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for our nighttime events, leading the evening team, maintaining high standards across the venue and creating an experience that feels welcoming, well organised and effortless for our guests.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be comfortable leading from the front, communicating clearly and stepping in behind the bar wherever needed during busy periods.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the night team - manage evening staff, rotas and shift standards to make sure everyone knows their role and performs at their best.
- Own the evening operation - act as the main point of contact throughout nighttime events and take responsibility for the smooth running of the venue.
- Create a great guest experience - communicate confidently with both the team and customers, resolving potential issues early and keeping the atmosphere positive.
- Manage the evening changeover - oversee the transition into nighttime service, including the alcohol/bar setup, and ensure ALCOVE is returned to daytime standards at the end of the night.
- Keep the bar ready - manage stock levels and ordering so the team always has what it needs to deliver great service.
- Support during peak periods - step behind the bar and work alongside the team when service gets busy.
- Maintain standards - make sure cleanliness, organisation, presentation and service remain consistently high throughout the evening.

- Ideally has previous bar, hospitality, venue or shift-management experience.

A great Night Time Manager makes the whole evening feel effortless.
The team knows what they’re doing, guests feel looked after, the bar keeps moving during busy periods, issues are dealt with quickly and the venue is left exactly as it should be for the next day.
You’ll have genuine ownership over making that happen.

Hours: Saturdays - 9pm - 4am (may vary) With some midweek light admin needed.
Salary: £150 per night
