Rosemont Care is looking for a Care Quality Auditor to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of safe, personalised care for our service users. This is a hands on role for someone who already has experience auditing records, checking compliance, or working in a care quality role, and wants to bring that skill set into a domiciliary care setting.
Essential requirements

- Right to work in the UK. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
- At least 12 months experience in a care, compliance, audit, or quality assurance role.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), digital care management systems, and comfortable learning AI tools as part of the role.
- Able to work full time from our Strood, Kent office, with occasional local travel.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
What you will be doing
- Auditing carer log notes daily to make sure records are timely, accurate, and complete.
- Completing weekly medication audits, checking MAR charts for accuracy and consistency.
- Monitoring call and visit compliance through our electronic system, following up on missed or late calls.
- Supporting Care Workers with using our care apps.
- Reporting findings to the Registered Manager and helping resolve issues quickly.
- Supporting the handling of safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints.
- Helping to keep our service compliant with CQC standards.
What would make you stand out
- Previous experience specifically within a CQC regulated care setting.
- Familiarity with e-MAR systems or electronic call monitoring platforms.
- A track record of identifying trends or issues through audit work and following through to resolution.
