Duties
- Greet clients warmly and handle check-in/check-out procedures with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Schedule appointments efficiently, accommodating client needs and veterinarian availability
- Manage phone inquiries, providing clear information about services, appointments, and policies
- Maintain accurate patient records, updating medical histories and treatment details
- Support the veterinary team by coordinating communication between clients and staff
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and inviting at all times
Qualifications
- Previous veterinary experience or familiarity with animal healthcare environments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide outstanding customer service
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with veterinary software systems is advantageous
