Zest Car Rental is an award-winning holiday car hire specialist and the only company in our sector to be a Which? Recommended Provider. We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Dereham.
What You'll Do
- Support customers via phone, email and live chat
- Manage bookings, amendments and cancellations
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions
- Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Work closely with colleagues and car rental partners
- Maintain accurate customer records
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, office or contact centre environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and IT skills
- Calm, empathetic and solutions-focused approach
- Positive attitude and passion for helping customers

Hours
40 hours per week on a shift basis:
- Mon-Fri: 8am-7pm
- Sat & Bank Holidays: 8am-5pm
- Sun: 10am-4pm
