We're looking for an organised and motivated Workforce Development Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting employee development, training, and engagement across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll help shape the employee experience from day one, coordinating inductions, managing training programmes, and supporting workforce development initiatives that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Workforce Development Officer, you'll:
- Coordinate and administer training and development programmes
- Deliver engaging inductions and onboarding sessions for new starters
- Maintain training records and compliance databases
- Support managers in identifying learning and development needs
- Assist with developing training materials and resources
- Evaluate training effectiveness and produce development reports
- Support recruitment administration and employee records
- Organise training events, workshops and workforce development activities
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
✔ Strong organisational and administrative skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience maintaining accurate records and databases
✔ Good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
✔ The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team
✔ A professional and confidential approach to sensitive information
Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, Workforce Development or HR would be advantageous but is not essential. If you're eager to learn and develop, we'd love to hear from you.
