The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Domestic Heating & Plumbing Engineer to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in customers’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Boiler servicing, repairs, and fault finding.
- Light domestic plumbing repairs
- Heating system diagnostics and maintenance.
- Completing work to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Accurately completing job reports using a mobile device.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- ACS Gas Safe qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
- Proven experience in domestic heating and plumbing.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
Desirable
- LPG qualifications.
- Unvented Hot Water qualification (G3).
- Experience with smart heating controls.
- Plumbing qualifications (SVQ/NVQ or equivalent).
