Responsibilities

- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques.
- Conduct thorough inspections of engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical systems to ensure safety standards are met.
- Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex problems and execute effective solutions efficiently.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large parts or equipment during repairs or installations.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts used for each vehicle to ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with vehicle repair and maintenance; familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately for precise repairs.
