The Knockerdown Inn are seeking an experienced General Manager to join the team!

We are an independently owned pub & restaurant with multiple sites in the derbyshire/leicestershire area and progression within the company is always something that we look to offer the right candidate.
As a manager, you will:
Support your team
Deliver safe, consistent, high-quality experiences for our guests and lead by example to the rest of the team by getting stuck in and working alongside them
Lead and develop FOH team members
Train and support, build relationships with colleagues
Support the General Manager with operations
Stock control, deliveries, ordering, problem solving, compliance.
Targets
Scheduling - keeping costs down when necessary and looking to help with ideas to generate more customer satisfaction and custom.
Please note: this is a very busy site and this is not a desk job. Our managers are all very hands on. We are very lucky to have a fabulous team who all work very hard, with a great bunch who have also been here for a very long time.
