Job Summary
We are seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our team in providing cleaning services at Essex Care Consortium Ltd- an independent care organisation offering residential services for people with Learning Disabilities on Station Rd, Marks Tey.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues
- Follow health and safety guidelines while carrying out cleaning duties
- Laundry duties
Hours
Monday- Friday mornings: 4 hours per day totalling 20 hours per week.
Requirements
- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Training will be given and a DBS check will be made.
