As the Smart Choice Metering team continues its exciting growth, we have a position available for a Metering Installation Scheduler to join the established team in Old Trafford, Manchester. You will effectively optimise and maximise the utilisation of engineers, analysing performance and executing efficiency improvements to enhance customer experience and business metrics.
Roles and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
-Using your excellent analytical skills to overcome challenges to ensure all engineers are fully utilised against their individual availability
-Using your fantastic problem-solving skills to keep our engineer’s travel time to a minimum, ensuring that we are as efficient as we can be
-Working with the engineers and Field Managers to prioritise and organise urgent inspections when required
-Collate and issue regular MI and report performance outputs to a range of senior stakeholders.
-Use your expert knowledge and work with colleagues across the business to ensure that any required flows are fulfilled successfully, maximizing RFT and preventing future issues for the customer and business
-Use your Metering knowledge to respond to ad hoc queries and issues, ensuring that appointments are successful, with the Meters appropriately commissioned -
-Using your creativity, jeopardy manage daily to limit any customer impact from unavoidable issues
-Identifying and embedding opportunities to improve performance and efficiencies through consistent insight analysis.
-Liaise with customers to manage any issues with their appointments, and to reschedule jobs where necessary where availability changes
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
· Strong understanding of various metering processes, including the ability through knowledge to overcome commissioning issues
· Ability to organise others schedules and apply a structured approach to scheduling.
Desired:
· Ability to assess performance and optimise performance through methodical mindset
-Metering industry experience
