We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will be expected to deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent health and safety standards and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold water systems, drainage, sanitary ware, and pipework.
- Carry out first and second fix plumbing installations on new build and refurbishment projects.
- Diagnose plumbing faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Install and maintain heating systems, including radiators, cylinders, and associated pipework.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform pressure testing, commissioning, and system checks.
- Ensure all work complies with current Building Regulations and Water Regulations.
- Complete job sheets, service reports, and other required documentation accurately.
- Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and site management.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
- Adhere to all company health and safety procedures and site rules.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working as a plumber.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- CSCS Card (where applicable).
Pay: £230.00-£250.00 per day
