Creating a wonderful experience at the distillery, for every kind of visitor.
We are one of the top 50 spirits producers in the world and our distillery home needs to reflect that. Every time someone walks through the door, they need to think:
- They are producing world-class whisky
- This is a wonderful place to spend time
The Job:
Our ‘Front of House’ at the distillery consists of our Coffee Shop, Retail Shop and Tours. We’re a lean and flexible team and each person is able to cover each part of the role. Whilst you might shine at one aspect, you will be capable and confident doing all parts of the job.
You will work as a team to meet daily targets in each section of FOH, with everyone having an understanding of why that is important.
Pot Still Coffee Shop

- Good people skills and understanding of how to handle difficult situations, and how to politely manage up when faced with issues
- Can work as a team, with flex as needed
