Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our small friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live music and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience. Previous bar experience is essential. Duties
- Serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently to customers
- Take orders and handle cash and card transactions with basic maths skills
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and responsible service of alcohol regulations
- Assist in restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging positively with customers
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including hygiene standards
- Support other team members as required to ensure smooth operation of the venue
Experience
- Previous experience in bar work is essential.
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with basic maths for handling payments and change
- Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills but maintain a relaxed informal approach
