We are very excited to begin our search for back of house staff at The Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh!
Kitchen Porter is responsible for maintaining smooth operation of Dishwasher department.
Basic functions include:
Perform opening, running and closing duties for Dish Department.
Ability to communicate with the Kitchen Manager and Cooks.
Thorough attention to details. Follow safety, sanitation and security procedures.
