Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facade Cleaner Stone Cleaner, Jet Washing Operative to join our experienced team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring the cleanliness and appearance of building exteriors, including facades and stone surfaces, through our professional cleaning techniques. Your work will help restore the aesthetic appearance of properties in the heritage and commercial sector, ensuring they look their best and are protected from environmental damage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize specialized cleaning equipment, and contribute to high-quality building maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Operate Doff and ThermaTech washing equipment safely and effectively to clean building facades, stone surfaces, and other exterior features
- Prepare surfaces prior to cleaning applying chemicals if required and removing soiling
- Apply paint strippers and and remove masonry coatings.
- Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment
- Maintain and clean all tools and machinery after use to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients regarding work progress or any issues encountered during operations

- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients’ property and needs
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical fitness with the ability to stand, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

Pay: £200.00-£220.00 per day
