Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall operation of the kitchen. Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality in meal preparation
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection in collaboration with the head chef
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Support the overall organisation of the kitchen during busy service periods
- Contribute to creating innovative dishes that meet customer expectations
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles is advantageous
- Experience working under pressure during busy service times while maintaining attention to detail
- Formal culinary training or qualifications are preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,469.18 per year
