Job Summary:
NoblePOS Enterprise Software UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Manager to lead the management and optimization of financial systems, support digital finance transformation initiatives, and ensure the reliability of enterprise financial applications. The role focuses on aligning financial technology with business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration and optimization of financial systems and ERP platforms
- Oversee financial systems implementation, upgrades, and integration projects
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to improve financial processes
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with financial reporting standards
- Develop system enhancements to improve reporting, automation, and operational efficiency
- Manage vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams
- Monitor system performance and resolve complex technical and functional issues
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives through technology solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Extensive experience in financial systems management, ERP administration, or finance technology leadership
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, financial reporting systems, and business process automation
- Experience with financial controls, system integration, and digital transformation projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise initiatives in a fast-paced environment
