Join a busy warehouse team that helps keep customers supplied with the products they need
BF Mulholland has supported dental, medical and aesthetics professionals since 1969. From our Crumlin base, we supply customers across Ireland and the UK with an extensive range of products from leading manufacturers.
We are looking for a reliable, organised and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our Operations Team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy and enjoys being part of a team. You will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
What you will be doing
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately, ensuring products are packaged safely and appropriately for delivery.
- Check orders against pick lists, dispatch notes and invoices before dispatch.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers and ensure stock is checked and stored correctly.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, batch issues and other stock-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate stock locations and ensure goods are put away correctly.
- Work efficiently to meet daily dispatch deadlines and customer delivery requirements.
- Use warehouse, courier and computer systems as part of the order fulfilment process.
- Support colleagues across the warehouse and wider business when required.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Contribute ideas and support continuous improvements within warehouse operations.
What we are looking for

Desirable
- Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience.
- Experience using stock control, warehouse management or courier systems.
- Experience picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
- A good understanding of health and safety within a warehouse environment.
Previous warehouse experience is welcome but not essential if you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and are keen to learn.

This is an on-site role based at our Crumlin office at 58 Glenavy Road.
Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
