Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our team.
This is a multi-skilled role involving both physical warehouse operations and the use of the RF-Smart warehouse management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, put away, pick, pack and dispatch goods.
- Use the RF-Smart system and handheld scanners to process daily warehouse tasks.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory movements.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and carry out general manual handling duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- A positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
- A Counterbalance/Bendi forklift licence or relevant operating experience is an advantage. Candidates without a licence but willing to learn and undertake training are also welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: £12.90-£13.00 per hour
