Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
We are seeking experienced, caring, and reliable nurses to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing high-quality support to a young adult with complex needs who lives at home with a loving and hands-on family.
Your presence will bring safety, comfort, and reassurance to the home while providing valuable emotional support to both the individual and their family.
About the Role
- 6-hour day shifts
- Deliver consistent, person-centred care
- Support day-to-day wellbeing and health needs
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
Your role will be central to ensuring the individual receives safe, compassionate, and high-quality care tailored to their needs.
Driving Requirement
You must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, as the role includes short wellbeing drives and occasional collection of prescriptions or medications when required.

Responsibilities
Your support may include:
- Medication management
- PEG feeding
- Responding to behaviour with compassion, confidence, and sensitivity
- Providing emotional reassurance and calm, person‑centred support within the family home

Essential:
- Valid NMC Registration and PIN: Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Nursing Qualification: RN Learning Disabilities, or RN Mental Health
