Diverse Trainers is looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance Tutor & Assessor to deliver and assess a range of nationally recognised fitness and sports massage qualifications. We are seeking a motivated professional who is committed to helping learners achieve their goals while maintaining the highest standards of education and assessment.
Due to our course schedule, successful applicants must be available to work both midweek and weekends, as courses are delivered across a variety of days throughout the year.
Qualifications You Will Deliver & Assess
- Level 2 Gym Instructor
- Level 3 Personal Training
- Level 3 Mat Pilates
- Reformer Pilates
- Level 3 Sports Massage
Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold all of the following:
- Level 3 Assessor qualification (mandatory)
- Level 3 Certificate in Education and Training (or equivalent teaching qualification) (mandatory)
- Relevant industry qualifications in the subjects they will be teaching and assessing
- Current occupational competency and industry experience
- Excellent communication and learner support skills
- A professional, organised, and reliable approach to delivery and assessment
Desirable
- Previous experience delivering regulated vocational qualifications
- Experience with blended and face-to-face learning
