We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various bread, pastries, and desserts.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Help with inventory management by tracking stock levels of ingredients and supplies
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food production or food preparation is preferred
- Culinary experience or relevant qualifications in baking or pastry arts are a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
