We're looking for an ambitious Team Leader to join our Glasgow team. This is a customer-facing entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to develop leadership skills while remaining closely involved in day-to-day customer interactions.
You'll work directly with customers, support colleagues, learn from experienced managers, and gradually take on greater responsibility. It's designed to give motivated candidates a genuine route from entry level into leadership and management.
Your Day-to-Day
- Interact directly with customers and help create a positive experience.
- Support colleagues with customer enquiries and routine concerns.
- Help coordinate daily team activities and maintain service standards.
- Encourage team members to communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
- Listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the experience.
- Support new starters as they learn processes and customer service standards.
- Assist experienced managers with daily coordination and team activities.
- Help monitor team objectives and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Take part in customer engagement and business activities, including sales where appropriate.
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities as your skills develop.

No previous leadership experience is required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, sales, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not essential, as full training and development will be provided.
