To ensure reception and the shop runs smoothly and customers have an amazing experience.
- Serve in the Centre shop.
- Deal with customer enquires at Reception.
- Show customers to their accommodation and provide introduction to it.
- Issue self-led activity
- Pack away activity equipment, when no longer needed.
- Must have excellent customer facing skills.
- Must be willing to sign up to days on a rota basis.
- Must be able to follow procedures
