Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal property performance, and maintaining excellent relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will drive the success of our property assets while delivering exceptional service to tenants and clients alike. Responsibilities
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards
- Utilize Yardi property management software to track leasing activities, rent collections, and financial records accurately
- Manage tenant inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct data entry tasks related to lease agreements, tenant information, and service requests with precision and attention to detail
- Assist in upselling additional services or amenities to tenants to enhance their experience and increase revenue opportunities
- Oversee administrative functions such as lease renewals, rent processing, and record keeping using office experience best practices
- Build strong relationships with tenants by addressing concerns proactively and fostering a positive community environment
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related administrative role within real estate or facilities management
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable
- Strong office experience with proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in upselling or promoting additional services is a plus

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
