The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Fitter to oversee installation works across
Newcastle Upon Tyne and within a 60-mile operating radius.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong technical knowledge, organisational capability, and the
ability to manage small fitting teams efficiently while maintaining high compliance standards.
Requirements
● Proven experience in insulation, damp proofing, or related works
● Experience leading or supervising small teams
● Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and installation standards
● Good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
● Strong organisational and communication skills
● Ability to problem-solve and work independently
● Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
