Breakfast Chef - FULL TIME, PERMANENT (5.30am to 2pm)
£16.50p/h inc tronc
Must be available to start 1-2 weeks

What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or a Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel kitchen
· Confidence preparing and delivering hot breakfast items, cold buffet and à la carte breakfast dishes
· Strong cooking skills and good attention to detail
· Ability to work cleanly, efficiently and stay organised during busy morning services
· Good understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
· A reliable, punctual and professional approach
· Clear communication and a positive team attitude
· Pride in consistency, presentation and guest experience
· A hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider kitchen team where needed
