Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels to provide a fresh environment for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, corridors, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff alike.
- Restock cleaning carts with necessary supplies and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during scheduled intervals to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Experience in janitorial work or general cleaning roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts.
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
