This is an office based role in Bristol, servicing a variety of contracts. We are recruiting for an Site Supervisor to support our on site delivery team. This is a hands-on role where you will be part of the invigilation and processing teams, along with some additional responsibilities.
Job Overview:
You will be ensuring our busy exam portfolio is properly staffed on a day to day basis, supporting the delivery of assessments and that all ensuring all contracts are delivered according to requirements and client practices.
Duties will include:
- Preparation of daily exam delivery.
- Staff planning/rotas including sickness and holiday cover.
- Ensuring contract compliances.
- Supporting various teams with delivery.
- Assessment scheduling.
- Exam Invigilation.
This position is full time with a minimum of 30 hours a week Monday – Friday plus occasional Saturdays and/ or Sundays, earlier starts and later finishes could be required during certain weeks of the year.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident with IT systems in order to perform approved IT troubleshooting.
- Administrative proficiency with computer systems.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Self-motivation and reliability, with excellent time management skills.
- Working in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.

- Hold a current UK, EU or Commonwealth passport with Indefinite Leave to Remain (or equivalent)
- You must be a UK resident with a minimum of 5 years continuous residency in the UK and be able to provide 3 year checkable UK work history.
- DBS checks and financial checks via credit agencies will be carried out.
