You will join us as a Spa Guest Services Assistant, delivering warm, attentive hospitality while supporting the smooth running of our award-winning Spa. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, helping to create a welcoming and memorable experience from arrival through to departure, while ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained throughout the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome spa guests and provide a warm, professional arrival experience

Manage spa guest arrivals and departures and spa bookings efficiently

Respond to guest enquiries in person, by telephone and via email

Provide information about spa facilities, treatments and hotel services

Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa Reception area

Work closely with Spa Therapists and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally

Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard
Person Specification

Previous experience in a customer service, reception, hospitality or spa environment is desirable

Friendly, confident and professional communication skills

A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment

Comfortable using booking and reservation systems

Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
