We’re Hiring – Production Assembly Technician
Car & Commercial Solutions Ltd is continuing to grow, and we are now looking to recruit an Assembly & Wiring Technician to support our specialist vehicle conversion operation.
This is a varied hands-on role involving both mechanical assembly and electrical preparation work across a wide range of bespoke vehicle builds and in-house manufactured products.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Assembly of mechanical components including:
- Steel drawer systems
- Racking systems
- Lockers and fabricated assemblies
- Bespoke manufactured parts
- Electrical assembly and preparation work including:
- Wiring boards and control panels
- Loom manufacturing
- Electrical cabinet assembly
- Preparation and routing of wiring systems
- Supporting production teams across multiple departments
- Working from drawings, build sheets, and assembly instructions
- Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
What We’re Looking For
- Practical hands-on ability
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience within automotive, manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or assembly preferred
This role would suit someone with mechanical or electrical assembly experience who enjoys varied work within a growing specialist manufacturing environment.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
Friday: 07:00 – 15:30
Package
- Salary £13.00-13.75
- Holiday entitlement in line with company policy
- Overtime available when required
