The Marketing Assistant will support in delivering full marketing campaigns for international exhibitions, events and membership from initial concept to event promotion through to onsite delivery and post-show review. The individual has the chance to experience tasks across various communications channels to market the exhibitions, events and memberships.
- Assisting the MM (Marketing Manager) and supporting the marketing team with all marketing activities
- Supporting the production of marketing materials and literature
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications with a particular focus on Media Schedule which includes multi-translated digital and print ready adverts, and HTML emails
- Providing support for marketing events onsite (international travel maybe required)
- Assist with the marketing plan execution and deliverables on multiple campaigns
- Manage the marketing inbox and enquiries, creating visa letters
- Adhoc Copywriting for websites, literature, and promotional materials
- Website maintenance and up-keep (Adding new copy, images, videos, exhibitor logos and sponsors information.
- Liaise with media partners
- Support the Social Media team with assets and content
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Regularly analyse the marketplace and our activities to develop market insight and highlight any trends and new opportunities
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities, working accurately and efficiently to meet fixed campaign and event deadlines.
- Create and manage UTM tracking links for digital campaigns, following agreed naming conventions to ensure activity can be accurately monitored and reported.
