Experienced Social Housing Decorator – Job Vacancy
We are looking for an experienced Decorator to join our team carrying out painting and decorating works across social housing properties in London.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a professional decorator.
* Previous experience working in social housing is essential.
* Experience working on void properties, occupied properties and general refurbishment works.
* High standard of painting and decorating, including preparation, filling, sanding and finishing.
* Ability to work independently and complete jobs to agreed timescales.
* Good attention to detail and a professional approach when working in residents’ homes.
* Knowledge of health & safety requirements and safe working practices.
* Reliable, punctual and presentable.
* Own tools and transport preferred.
Main Duties
Painting and decorating of social housing properties, including voids, kitchens, communal areas, repairs and refurbishment works.
