The role
Working closely with the Director & Marketing Manager, you’ll take day-to-day responsibility for a small portfolio of client accounts while contributing to projects across the wider agency.

- Writing and editing blogs, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, social media posts and customer communications
- Building and managing email campaigns, including segmentation, automation, subject-line testing and deliverability monitoring
- Planning, creating and scheduling social media content
- Updating websites, blog posts and landing pages using WordPress or similar platforms
- Supporting SEO activity, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta descriptions, internal linking and content improvements
- Reviewing campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Preparing clear reports, recommendations and campaign updates
- Carrying out competitor, audience and market research
- Contributing ideas and identifying opportunities to strengthen client marketing activity
- Supporting the agency’s own marketing and the wider team when required
About you
You’ll be a capable all-round marketer with a focus on digital who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You’ll be comfortable managing several priorities at once, communicating directly with clients and moving projects forward with minimal direction.
You will have:
- At least two years’ experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment
- The ability to manage projects independently from initial brief through to completion
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with excellent written English
- Experience creating content for websites, blogs, case studies, emails and social media
- Experience using content management systems – WordPress, WIX, Squarespace
- Experience using Mailchimp and HubSpot
- A good working knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media and website content management

- A strong creative eye and an interest in visual storytelling
- The ability to understand and apply brand guidelines consistently
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to take initiative and think ahead
- The ability to contribute ideas and identify ways to improve campaigns
