Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence across various platforms. In this role, you will craft engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and foster positive relationships with our community. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Create compelling, on-brand content including posts, images, videos, and stories for multiple platforms
- Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
- Collaborate with management to coordinate campaigns and public relations efforts
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools to optimize content effectiveness
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our approach fresh and innovative
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management across diverse platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with digital marketing strategies
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives
- Ability to analyze data insights and adjust strategies accordingly
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital channels
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines is preferred
