GeoBrand is looking for an experienced designer to sit at the heart of our growing creative studio.
We are a brand-focused digital agency creating identities, campaigns and bespoke WordPress websites for ambitious organisations across a wide range of sectors. Our team now brings together brand, design, development, social media, content, video and marketing, giving designers the opportunity to shape work across every touchpoint.
This role is ideal for someone who loves brand identity but is equally excited by digital design. You might be developing a new visual identity one day, creating intuitive website UI the next and then bringing the brand to life through print, campaigns or social content.
What you’ll do
- Create distinctive brands. Develop strong ideas, identities and visual systems that are built around a clear narrative.
- Design engaging digital experiences. Work closely with our in-house developers to translate brands into intuitive, beautifully crafted UI.
- Own your projects. Take work from brief to launch, present your thinking and build trusted relationships with clients.
- Raise the standard. Bring energy, craft and attention to detail to the studio while helping the wider team produce its best work.
- Deliver brilliantly. Combine creative ambition with clear communication, strong organisation and a proactive approach.
About you
You will have proven agency experience and a portfolio showing strong work across brand identity, UI and graphic design.
You will be confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, comfortable presenting to clients and experienced in taking projects from concept through to final delivery.
Most importantly, you will care about the quality of the idea, the smallest design details and the people you work alongside.
You will need to be able to work from our Maidstone studio at least three days each week.
