Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and promote responsible serving practices
- Manage cash transactions and handle point-of-sale systems efficiently
- Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards
- Ability to serve drinks confidently while adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
