Pay rate: £14.18- £15.23 per hour
Shift pattern: 20.00-08.00
Hours: 36 hours per week
We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Male Care Assistants to join our team supporting an individual living in their own home in Higher Bugle, in the St. Austell area. This person has Autism and Learning disability.
This gentleman loves classic cars and even collecting miniature models of them. He loves music and classic TV shows. He also enjoys the 60's & 70's culture, so bring your vibrant personality with you to match! This person has autism, mental health challenges and challenging behaviour.
As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:

Providing high‑quality support on a 2:1 basis
