Role – Membership Advisor
Site – Wickford
We are looking for an energetic, passionate Membership Advisor for our fantastic Anytime Fitness Health Club in Wickford.
We are looking for someone keen, driven and dedicated and will work with the Club Owner to hit business KPI’s. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be part of a great team where engaging with the local community will be key.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience with at least 1 – 2 years’ experience within the fitness industry.
A level 3 fitness qualification is desirable as there will be an opportunity for you to further increase your earnings by providing additional PT sessions to our members should you wish.
Main responsibilities
- Respond to all member and prospect enquiries via email, telephone & face to face
- Proactively contact all prospects to book in for tours and promote the club
- Deliver tours & inductions
- Support retention by engaging members & provide fitness advice/guidance in the club
- Behave in an inspiring manner that creates respect from members and colleagues
- Ensure the club is clean and tidy at all times whilst maintaining brand standards & H&S
- Support Club Owner with outreach, wellness/corporate events & calls to prospects to encourage tours/sign ups.
- Promote, sell and deliver 1-2-1 /Group PT sessions to members should you wish - 50/50 revenue split with the club with no rent to pay
- Pro-actively generate new PT business
- Encourage participation and deliver classes as and when required
Requirements
- 1-2 years PT/Fitness/Class experience
- Level 2 Gym Coaching qualification
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification
- Flexibility to work a mix of mornings, evenings and weekends
