Company Overview
Bricks 4 Kidz creates an inspiring environment where children can learn, build, and play using LEGO® bricks. With 12 years of local experience running engaging classes, camps, workshops, and parties, we are passionate about delivering fun, STEM-based learning experiences that excite both kids and parents alike.
Do you love LEGO® and enjoy making children smile?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and creative person to assist our LEGO® Club Teacher in our growing team in the Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants a fun, rewarding job where no two afternoons are quite the same!
You’ll be helping the class teacher deliver our exciting LEGO® enrichment clubs in local primary schools, helping children build, create, experiment and have fun while developing skills such as creativity, problem-solving, teamwork and resilience.
What will you be doing?
You’ll:
- Encourage children to use their imagination and develop their own ideas
- Create a positive, inclusive and energetic club environment
- Help children develop confidence, creativity and problem-solving skills
- Help to set up and pack away LEGO® equipment
- Help to ensure children are supervised and safe throughout the session
You don't need to be a LEGO® expert! We provide the training — we’re looking for someone with the right personality and enthusiasm.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Energetic, enthusiastic and fun
- Local, within 20 mins drive of Tunbridge Wells schools
- Confident working with primary-aged children
- Reliable and organised
- Creative and able to think on their feet
- Patient, encouraging and positive
- Comfortable helping to run a group of primary aged children
- Ideally experienced working with children (teaching, childcare, youth work, clubs, coaching etc.)
- Minimum age 17 years old
An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate. This is something we can arrange for you.
