Head Chef – The Castle Inn, Castle Donington Village Pub & music venue
The Castle Inn isn't just a pub — it's the heartbeat of our community. We're sitting on something genuinely exciting: an amazing foundation business with a brand new 60-cover garden, a freshly renovated function room bursting with potential, and real ambition to grow. We need a Head Chef who can see the opportunity, lead the team through it, and help shape what comes next.

- A natural leader — you've steered a kitchen team before and know how to keep things moving with a calm, steady hand.
- A trainer and a mentor — you'll help develop our upcoming chefs as we grow. Passing on your knowledge is as important as what you cook.
- Big ambitions — we're a growing small business and we want someone excited to grow right along with us. The garden, the function room, and beyond are yours to shape.
- A kind heart — we're a lovely, close-knit group. Focus and drive matter, but being a genuine, supportive teammate is just as important.
- The essentials — food safety and margins are second nature to you, but you still get a genuine buzz from sending out a perfect plate.
